OUR COMMERCIAL PROCESS

How we work

Since 1953, Gruppo 5 has been producing bespoke furniture for residential and, primarily, commercial sectors, including hotels, restaurants, bars, retail stores, and public venues—offering both comprehensive turnkey solutions and the supply of individual components.
Our mission is to anticipate, research, and design to create unique environments, achieving excellence by seamlessly combining quality, functionality, and design.

The company manages a complete production cycle, integrating expertise in wood, metal, upholstery, textiles, and lighting. Every project is handled from the sourcing of raw materials through to manufacturing and final on-site installation, followed by dedicated, long-term assistance and maintenance.
Our in-house technical department leverages its extensive experience to develop comprehensive projects and provide specialized support to external architectural firms.

We firmly believe that to be fully appreciated our work must be undertaken seriously, carefully and precisely.
Our furnishing solutions are always the result of the scrupulous conceptual work and the design of our technical office, both of which are always performed exclusively for the client.
All the drawings are the fruit of great teamwork and, for this reason, they cannot be supplied to the customer: they are available to our partners at the outset of the project to enable them to illustrate and explain to the client the ways in which the work will be assigned and performed.

Our partners are not permitted to hand over these documents during this phase of the work as they are only used for the purpose of receiving and providing useful information in order to facilitate future cooperation.

All the drawings, conceptual design, final design, specifications and any reports will be delivered only following the underwriting of the sales contract.
