The project and the creative team

The interior design and curation of every architectural detail have been entrusted to architect Giovanni Smiderle of Gruppo 5, in collaboration with Lorenza Bozzetto.

A collaborative, tailored effort taking a 360° approach to defining the spaces, through a comprehensive scope of work that includes:

• Design and furnishing of the sleeping areas
• Design and supply for the bathroom areas
• Lighting design and selection of light fixtures
• Selection of flooring and wallpaper
• Soft furnishings, textiles, and decor accessories

The Concept: Elegance, warmth, and tailor-made details

The project renderings capture a vision of refined hospitality, where the tactile warmth of wood blends with subtle neutral tones and exquisite metal detailing.

Guest room and suite furnishings: Equipped wall units and wood boiserie—accented by geometric intersections of vertical and horizontal lines that mirror the headboard design—elegantly structure the space, seamlessly separating the bed area from the writing desk and vanity. Behind the upholstered headboards, wallpapers featuring delicate botanical motifs stand out, enhanced by a carefully designed indirect LED lighting scheme. The lighting setup includes minimalist pendant lights, geometric wall sconces, and accents in warm gold/burnished finishes that add depth and three-dimensionality to the spaces. Cozy lounge areas with enveloping armchairs complete the suites, creating an intimate and functional environment.

Bathroom furnishings: The bathroom environment reflects the same design aesthetic focused on sophistication and well-being. The centerpiece is a wall-mounted vanity unit featuring a fluted wood finish, topped with shaped mirrors with perimeter backlighting. Faucets and shower enclosure profiles in warm gold/champagne tones pair seamlessly with wall-hung sanitaryware and ceramic wall tiles in natural nuances, echoing the warm hues of the wood flooring.

Work in progress

Renovation and fit-out works are progressing swiftly at the Limone sul Garda site. Our team is managing every stage with tailored precision, from coordinating on-site professionals down to the finest assembly and finishing details, guaranteeing an impeccable result in line with Gruppo 5’s high standards.
