Living area design: chromatic rhythms and integrated volumes
In this living area, the design unfolds through a sophisticated play of light and shadow. The kitchen is defined by a precise rhythm, where light-colored doors are punctuated by elegant dark recessed profiles, creating a sharp and modern graphic mark. This contrast is echoed and reinforced by the choice of dark engineered marble for the countertops and backsplash—a high-quality, textured solution that adds depth and character to the entire work area.
The integration with the living room is managed through plasterboard volumes that frame and refine the kitchen structure. This architectural element culminates in a refined open niche that visually lightens the transition between the two spaces and elegantly introduces the living room, offering a curated display area.
Defining the verticality of the space is the wood-clad staircase, which, with its natural material warmth, becomes a distinctive and sculptural feature of the living area. The entire project is enhanced by a carefully designed lighting scheme that highlights the volumes and material transitions, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and perfect functionality in every zone.
