The concept is to leave space for lightness, achieving maximum functionality of the spaces and making every room perfect for both relaxation and social gathering.The development of the design concept and the optimization of space are backed by manufacturing excellence: the finishes and quality of materials used by Gruppo 5 are the added value of this residence. All furnishings, drapes, sofas, tables and chairs, lighting, bathroom furniture, and decor accessories are entirely signed by “Gruppo 5”. A new look with a harmonious and elegant design, characterized by a welcoming “home feeling“, for this residential complex renovated and enhanced through the architectural and urban design work carried out by Architect Raffaele Chieca.
