The former Hotel “Jakobslust” in Grünstadt (Germany) gains a second life thanks to interior designer Lorenzo Faccin and Daniele Andreasi, who developed a complete restyling project for this charming hotel.

This characteristic hotel is located in a historic building in the center of Grünstadt (Germany).

Our implementation project envisions warm, welcoming, and at the same time modern and sleek environments.

All spaces were utilized to their full potential through a careful study of design and a pursuit of originality: reception, breakfast room, restaurant, wine tasting room, common areas, offices, bedrooms, and suites.
Every piece of furniture excels in functionality and style, effortlessly and boldly showcasing its distinctive character. The historic facade of the building blends perfectly with the new interior spaces, while our chosen flooring fuses delicately with the warm nuances of the furnishings, drapes, and selected textiles, creating an atmosphere of absolute tranquility and peace.

The planning and installation of the electrical and plumbing systems include performance studies and assessments, followed by full system verification in compliance with current regulations, guaranteeing functionality and safety.

The design and realization of the lighting scheme establishes a harmonious relationship between functional and decorative lighting, creating a pleasant atmosphere that makes a lasting first impression on guests.
