The common spaces of this property were designed to dialogue harmoniously with one another, uniting a strong aesthetic impact with fluid and functional furnishing solutions. The welcome experience begins in the reception area, where the large counter with a stone-effect finish contrasts with the warmth of the wood paneling behind it, while a lounge area with enveloping armchairs previews the refined atmosphere of the entire structure.

The layout then develops fluidly toward the relaxation room, conceived to offer islands of privacy without visually closing off the environment. Here, the management of space utilizes custom elements such as the large see-through wooden bookcase, which acts as a light divider, and an impressive double-sided volume with an integrated fireplace that separates the different zones while ensuring perfect visual continuity.

This same attention to tailoring and the optimization of structural elements is found in the environment dedicated to children: the round tables were shaped to perfectly embrace the room’s pillars, offering high-resistance play surfaces and soft colored poufs in a dynamic, safe space that is perfectly integrated into the overall design.
