The breakfast room is organized around the long, linear buffet counter: its off-center positioning leaves a wide corridor free to streamline morning flows and facilitate the staff’s work. The unit cleverly alternates closed doors, refrigerated compartments, and display niches, highlighted by continuous under-cabinet lighting.

The tables with a central pedestal base maximize legroom and ease the cleaning of the room. The seating echoes the terracotta tones and light woods of the entrance, alternating armchairs with comfortable bench sofas that optimize space along the walls. Finally, a custom vertical slatted partition screen shields the tables without blocking light, integrating geometric open shelving.
