The central buffet island was designed with a double-sided configuration to ease guest movement and avoid waiting times during peak hours. The contrast between the warmth of wood and the dark technical counter top combines visual impact with the high durability required for daily use, while the lower LED line lightens the volumes of the structure. The column cladding in the same wood species also responds to the choice of integrating structural elements directly into the furniture layout.

In the dining area, the tables with a central pedestal base were chosen to ensure maximum comfort and facilitate the cleaning of the room. The tactile and resistant tops are paired with enveloping seating in a bright green tone, a color note studied to convey freshness and vitality right from the morning.
