Gruppo 5 designs and furnishes hotel-apartments for the Nomad group
A “turnkey” project already completed in Milan and one underway in Malta.
Nomad Aparthotels is an international group that caters primarily to a clientele much like themselves: young, dynamic, well-traveled, and interconnected; they chose Gruppo 5 to furnish apartments with refined modern taste in the center of Milan, and soon in Malta as well.

Our team was asked to design the hotel in Sliema, Malta with a focus on hospitality and innovation. Four new properties located in the vibrant town symbolic of Maltese nightlife, St. Julian’s, scheduled to open in 2019. Every space was designed to be functional and reconfigurable, tailored to the most discerning travelers. Everything was studied down to the finest detail to give guests a true feeling of being at home. Elegance, practicality, and design merge to create spaces where nothing is left to chance. Working in Sliema means understanding the “expectations” of this lively city, where refined furnishings and elegance must marry tailored spaces and needs. The apartment furnishings were designed to make the best use of available space. In this project, we wanted to pay homage to Italian furniture design, materials, and above all, the meticulous attention to detail of “Made in Italy” craftsmanship. We handled the design and production of the furnishings, from drapes to upholstered pieces, down to the selection of decor accessories. Gruppo 5 conceives spaces as places with a story to tell—a leitmotif brought to life through the blending of design, color, finishes, materials, and objects. A comprehensive approach that Gruppo 5 maintains in client relationships as well: the team works to ensure that every project is unique and tailored to expectations, guaranteeing ambitious, high-quality results every time.
