Modern hotel furnishings with lake-inspired design

Located in the charming village of Pai di Sopra, in Torri del Benaco, Hotel San Marco seems to emerge from the past, standing out with a distinct modern design identity. Following a major redevelopment project, the property has taken on a more contemporary and innovative character. Starting from these premises, we managed the design and creation of complete modern furnishings for rooms, junior suites, and suites. The design concept is inspired by the surrounding context—that of Lake Garda—which becomes part of the style and expressive language.

When the view offered by a location is not just a detail, but an essential part of the traveler’s experience, the designer’s task is to enhance and integrate it into the project: large glass windows and glass balconies serve this purpose.

The furniture design was developed combining rigorous simplicity with a strong, refined, and essential Italian style. The interplay of materials between wood, faux leather, and glass creates a modern, heterogeneous, and design-driven charm. Natural light dialogues seamlessly with the light created by the lighting fixtures we selected, making the space fluid and harmonious. Upon entering these rooms, guests experience comfort, hospitality, order, and functionality. Every detail is designed with the wellbeing of guests in mind. Gruppo 5 also handled the selection and supply of custom-made amenities and matching textile sets. A furnishing project of refined simplicity that brought to life bright and airy spaces: an accessible luxury to enjoy the extraordinary lake view.
At its headquarters in Zanè (Vicenza), Gruppo 5 designs and manufactures not only modern design hotel furnishings, but also classic and neoclassical pieces, as well as mountain furniture in solid wood or Tyrolean style. All custom-made with certified “Made in Italy” quality.
