The company Pendragon Italia Milano, a prominent player on the Italian scene, has once again chosen Gruppo 5 to build and furnish the “RED SUN VILLAGE” Resort in Sardinia, in the locality of Li Canneddi, Trinità d’Agultu e Vignola.

A resort commissioned by Pendragon Italia Milano that makes the excellence of finishes and the quality of materials used by Gruppo 5 the added value of this property. An oasis of peace and tranquility that evokes intimacy and privacy.

The property comprises 130 hotel units, 113 annex units (two-bedroom apartments), 4 swimming pools, 6 bars, 1 breakfast room, 2 restaurant dining rooms, 1 pizzeria, and 1 breakfast room. The furnishings, drapes, armchairs, outdoor tables, lighting, bathrooms, mattresses, and decor accessories are entirely signed and manufactured by “Gruppo 5”.

Completing the ensemble, the walls are decorated with modern prints and illustrations that recreate a refined yet warm and welcoming atmosphere in the common areas, seamlessly blending with the surrounding decor.

The interior design project developed by Architect Raffaele Chieca in collaboration with Gruppo 5 designers Daniele Andreasi and Lorenzo Faccin uses highly technical and functional materials that create an interesting play of contrasts with warm materials like wood and textiles.

A unique and ambitious project, conceived in full respect of the vast natural park surrounding it, thanks to the architectural and urban design work carried out by Architect Raffaele Chieca and Surveyor Giovanni Paolo Campese. The “RED SUN VILLAGE” Resort opened in late May 2021.
