Gruppo 5 designs the interior for the design residence in Portopiccolo, the exclusive village on the Trieste coast

A residence with a modern, chic look, whose elegant furnishings surprise guests while conveying a welcoming home-like atmosphere. In Portopiccolo, a peaceful paradise nestled between the blue waters of the Gulf of Trieste and inside the splendid Duino Nature Reserve, stands the Portopiccolo design residence—a complex of 90 apartments fully furnished by Gruppo 5, thanks to the coordinated work of designers Lorenzo Faccin and Daniele Andreasi. An ambitious project backed by InvestiRE Sgr SpA, a firm currently managing assets exceeding 7 billion Euros across 48 real estate funds of various types, which selected Gruppo 5 as its interior design partner. InvestiRE Sgr SpA promotes a new concept of living attentive to the local area, favoring sustainable architecture seamlessly integrated into the landscape.

“Everything was carefully selected down to the finest detail; a painstaking search for top-quality materials, colors, and finishes,” explain designers Daniele Andreasi and Lorenzo Faccin, “to create distinct interior concepts for each apartment type, from studio apartments to suites, thereby bestowing the innovative identity in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment sought in the design of this little gem on the Gulf of Trieste.”

All apartments, created according to the highest standards of contemporary design, feature spacious and welcoming areas: kitchen, living room, bedrooms, one or more private bathrooms, along with all essential amenities to offer guests a comfortable and authentic stay. Every room is full of personality and style: clean, essential lines, decor accessories with geometric shapes such as mirrors and lighting fixtures. For each unit, the arrangement of furnishings and decorative elements was designed to maintain visual contact with the outdoors while above all encouraging natural light to flow in and highlight every detail. The furnishings were customized and bespoke designed by Gruppo 5.
