The intervention was not a simple restoration, but a true rebirth: we worked to breathe new life into a historic structure, creating a stay experience where luxury meets emotion.
The project saw Gruppo 5 taking center stage not only in creating bespoke furnishings but also in the technical management of the systems, guaranteeing a perfect fusion between old-world aesthetics and the most modern functional performance. CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
The main challenge for Villa Zoppi was to combine the prestige of an 18th-century villa with the operational needs of a contemporary luxury hotel. The client desired spaces capable of amazing at first glance but designed to last, where every architectural detail found a counterpart in the furnishings.
The property was looking for a partner capable of translating the historic heritage of the structure into a contemporary and luxurious language. The primary need was not just to furnish, but to “dress” every environment with solutions that conveyed a superior perceived value and a durability guaranteed by the excellence of the materials.

Through the creation of photorealistic 3D renderings, we were able to provide the client with an extremely faithful and tangible preview of the final result, well before starting production in the workshop. The lounge area has been furnished to evoke the charm of historic residences: the burgundy leather Chesterfield armchairs and the majestic crystal chandeliers are not just furniture elements, but symbols of a solid luxury, meticulously cared for in every production detail.

The entrance to the Spa is defined by a stabilized moss wall, a natural “calling card” that immediately introduces the guest to an atmosphere of tranquility and well-being.
In this area, our expertise in managing prestigious materials is manifested in the encounter between the warmth of natural wood and the solidity of veined marble, used for all the custom furnishings and storage units.
