Luxury and neoclassical design for the reopening of the historic former Hotel Eden in Sanremo<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n
The recent renovation of the former Hotel Eden<\/strong>, one of the oldest accommodation properties in Sanremo<\/strong>, had a bold objective: elevating the hotel’s level from an initial 3-star rating to a prestigious 4-star category. This ambitious project, curated by our designers Lorenzo Faccin and Daniele Andreasi<\/strong> in collaboration with architect Francesca Formaggini<\/strong>, succeeded in radically transforming the structure, giving it a new and captivating character in the realm of luxury hospitality<\/strong>. While preserving the intrinsic elegance of its history, the hotel adopted a neoclassical style<\/strong> that celebrates its cultural heritage. This was made possible through close collaboration between our designers and STUDIO FORMAGGINI ARCHITETTURA INGEGNERIA from Sanremo<\/strong>, featuring meticulous design with extreme attention to detail. That same painstaking care was then transferred to Gruppo 5’s workshops, where our carpenters and craftsmen<\/strong> crafted sumptuous furnishings<\/strong>, true gems of luxury, that perfectly mirror the building’s timeless charm.The classic, sophisticated style blending with modern details is the hallmark of the entire project: a perfect balance between tradition<\/strong> and innovation<\/strong> to offer a unique and enchanting guest experience.<\/p>\n

The 49 guest rooms<\/strong>, including 8 suites<\/strong>, have been furnished in a neoclassical style characterized by golden details<\/strong>, fine marble<\/strong>, and embracing armchairs<\/strong> offering high comfort, giving life to spaces that embody exceptional aesthetics and functionality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The bedrooms<\/strong> are designed to enchant every guest with their elegant and refined design<\/strong>. The large, luxuriously padded headboards upholstered in white faux leather serve as the focal point of every room. The armchairs, upholstered in fine fabric, offer a cozy space to relax and enjoy quiet moments.<\/p>\n

Golden details, featured on the mirror<\/strong> frames, wall sconces<\/strong>, and modern chandeliers with glass globes<\/strong>, add a touch of elegance, creating an atmosphere that reflects a classic and exclusive sensibility. In the suites, a truly unique element catches the eye: a freestanding bathtub in the center of the room.<\/p>\n

The restaurant<\/strong> dining room, designed with symmetrical geometries, creates an orderly and refined setting. The wooden tables with fine golden bases<\/strong> bring a touch of glamour to the atmosphere. The enveloping seating, upholstered in wine red and sand fabric shades, offers unmatched comfort. Marble-lined niches dedicated to the buffet area add a touch of timeless elegance.<\/p>\n

The renovation project also encompassed the wellness center<\/strong>, pool area<\/strong>, conference room<\/strong>, lobby<\/strong>, and reception<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This complete renovation project has brought new life to the former Hotel Eden, turning it into an icon of tradition<\/strong> and refined hospitality in the beautiful city of Sanremo.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
