Working within the historic fabric of Venice is a challenge that requires respect, vision, and extraordinary technical mastery. For the complete renovation of Residenza Favaro<\/strong>, a prestigious annex of UNAHOTELS Ala Venezia<\/strong>, Gruppo 5<\/strong><\/span> embraced the need to create a harmonious dialogue between the building’s glorious past and contemporary luxury hospitality.<\/section>\n

Stylistic continuity and lagoon references<\/h2>\n

The design concept, created by architect Giovanni Smiderle<\/strong> in collaboration with Lorenza Bozzetto<\/strong>, focused on visual coherence with the historic spaces of Hotel Ala. Gruppo 5<\/strong> translated this vision by selecting materials and textures that evoke the splendor of the Serenissima: technical silks, velvets, and wallpapers with organic patterns that play with the reflections of Venetian waters.
