A 4-star refurbishment in the heart of Milan

Gruppo 5 leaves its mark on the refurbishment of “Hotel Mythos in Milan”.

Hotel Mythos is a building that boasts a magnificent location in the heart of Milan, situated in a quiet position just a short walk from Piazza della Repubblica and Milan Central Station.

First of all, we carried out a site inspection to pinpoint the location, the type of hotel, the target clientele and our client’s objectives. Our aim was to pick up on any stimulus conveyed by the hotel, by the atmosphere and by everything that revolves around this business in the frenetic centre of Milan.

With a project for 35 rooms, a breakfast room, reception and bar, our aim was to come as close as possible to the image of a successful hotel that manages to stand out thanks to elements of elegant simplicity and originality, satisfying guests’ expectations while maintaining a high level of comfort.
As a visual leitmotiv, we chose the diamond shape which can be found in almost all the rooms in different forms and materials, creating a central theme that characterises the personality of this building. A simple and elegant design which blends perfectly with the surrounding area. 

The care taken during the production of the furniture and the choice of the materials used lead to a sophisticated, Italian decor that communicates style and great hospitality.

The soft shades that distinguish the project for this building create a refined atmosphere where the natural light makes its presence felt gracefully, surrounding the guests and leading to a sensation of deep peace so that the hotel is the ideal place for tourism, but also for work.

All the furniture was designed and made to measure by Gruppo 5.
