Jakobslust in Germany
The old Hotel “Jakobslust” in Grünstadt (Germany) has been given a new lease of life thanks to interior designer Lorenzo Faccin and Daniele Andreasi who have carried out a project for the complete refurbishment of this charming hotel.
This characteristic hotel is located in a historic building in the centre of Grünstadt (Germany).
Our interior design project provides a warm, cosy atmosphere that is at the same time both modern and linear.
Maximum use has been made of all the spaces and their potential by means of a careful study of the design and the search for originality: reception, breakfast room, restaurant, wine lounge, public areas, offices, rooms and suites.
Every item of furnishing stands out for its practicality and for its design, revealing with confidence and vigour the style characterising it. The historical facade of the building matches perfectly with the new interiors, the flooring that we chose blends delicately with the warm shades of the furnishing, the curtains and all the fabrics used, restoring an atmosphere of absolute peace and tranquility.
The plan and installation of the electrical and plumbing systems included a study and assessment of the performance required and the subsequent inspection of all the systems to check their compliance with the regulations in force and to guarantee the functionality and safety of the whole building.
The lighting project and installation concentrated on creating a harmonious blend between practical and decorative lighting, to create a pleasant atmosphere that is a fundamental factor influencing a guest’s first impression.
The bespoke design and planning by designer Lorenzo Faccin of Gruppo 5 and Daniele Andreasi, will make this refurbishment project a guaranteed success story.
